The taboo, the unusual, the outrageous, the hilarious, the remarkable, the secrets (both kept and revealed)
Miller Lite – Great taste, less filling
Greenfield Chiropractic – care about the customers and go against traditional “hours of operation.” Its owner took the patients (ones w/o insurance) that no one else could cure to build word of mouth and become a “miracle-worker.” He gave business cards to current customers for free appointments. He went against traditional marketing demographics and instead built buzz. He then invited customers for free dinners so he could talk about his practice.
Clutter-free media streams – don’t get NASCAR and slap a logo on the hood of a car that will never get results, instead go to streams that get overlooked or aren’t utilized. I.e. peanut bags, bathroom stalls. Fortune cookies stating “in bed” after each read.
